It's in this video at the 9:14 mark
I'm kinda guessing if the Union Tech Tower was the final map it would have more stuff in the map like opened floors and honetsly just way more to it from the version that is the HighRise map, also i'm guessing more like "jumping" of the Union building the survivors could've rode on one of those window cleaner platforms down to another small building to what would be the Greenhouse shown at the beginning of Dead Air.
There's a graffiti in one of the saferooms in "the sacrifice", which is a map layout. you can still see the words "union tech" on that graffiti.
This map also has a "ghostanim" model which handles the intro camera movement.
That camera animation model still contains camera movement panning from the roof of this building to the greenhouse rooftops.
Implying that perhaps the survivors jumped from the roof onto the greenhouse, or some such, which would probably have been either the escape anim of this map, or the intor camera of Dead Air.
Also, i specifically swapped the outside visible through the main entrance with that of dead air, where the union tech tower would be standing.
Just a little tidbit.
In long:
I thought about it for a while, actually.
But then I thought about how much work it would be to make it be different enough and actually fun.
Cause I'd need to make a crashed c130 model and rebuild the entire intro location to make it look like a plane had crashed. Then there's two crescendo events that I just absolutely hate.
I also thought about how empty the maps are and just how many props I'd need to make or edit to fill the empty maps.
Never mind that I'm not the only one who thought about it. A friend of mine wanted to remaster Dam it. Even want so far as to think about the perfect escape vehicle, which I built for him. All before he even started editing the maps.

And then months later he told me he gave up halfway through the first map or whatever.
the second sentence in the description says it is a survival map.
teh game mode listing on the right, under the thumbnail, says Survival...
because the addon menu is stupid and only shows rectangular pictures.
It used to show square images if it is installed locally.
The "Ghostanim.mdl" which contains all the intro camera movements still has that cutscene in it.
just use the current l4d1 models to make corpse piles.
If you noclip in this map out to the street you'll recognize the surroundings. i added them in the last update.
but the intro camera movement was most likely the "everyone died" camera wipe.
there's a unused ghostanim model (the camera movements are models calles ghostanim) in which the camera pans from the 'Union Tech Tower' over to where the greenhouse would have been.
the entire "The Sacrifice" campaign was literally just unused TRS maps. the last map was supposed to be This map here, after which the survivors jumped onto teh greenhouse and then continue with dead air. After which "Dam it" would've been next.
So technically you do have the campaign already.
