That's because of the custom animations that the original author made, I can't fix it.
Blame Monochrome developers for the textures. I've also made a version 2 of this shotgun without the shells.

Just simply extract the files from the addon and remove the custom firing sounds. Re-package the addon using the VPK application in L4D2's bin and you're good to go, easy. (Just google the tutorial if you don't know how to do it, it's not hard)
