duuude this shit is awesome. pleeease come back to it if you ever have the time. i just got into battletech and was looking around the workshop for mods based around it and this really brought the whole thing to life seeing actual mechs fighting on the screen. epic stuff man

Simply awesome! The weapons look awesome, the mechs too. Maybe you could ad some ingame weapon description on the retrofit, As a Battletech fan, i remember the variants on those classic battlemech, but newcommers might find it confusing at first. p.s. i would love to see Lights and Assault class in the future :D

I don't know if I'm bugged or not but I can't see the Stormcrow. I do see two Centurions, though. Is there a fix for this?

sorry for the long time out, Ive been dealing with life issues, expect a large update in the next day or so, including the rest of the stormcrows and an entire sprite rework, that will allow recoil and other enhancements.

I'm always a fan of the old school Marauder and Warhammer. New Marauder is okay but much too thick in the limbs and body.

I appreciate your consideration, Zorbakaq. If something else catches your passion, by all means go for it.

The marauder would be totally rad to see. Depending on the style you pick, you could even have the top AC/5 has a seperate turret and all. Would look sick

There is fireDelay for individual turrets actually! Just include a line in the turret datablock containing: delay: [number], and it should work fine.

Alot can be added onto the mod (For the existing and whats to come) sadly several bugs, and other limitations atm, stop that form happening. Once we have FireDelay for individual turrets, and some sort of burst fire, then we can really go to town.

Until then I'll attempt to recreate Battletech the best I can in RustedWarfare.

Really glad to see so many updates! I haven't tried the D and the S yet, but they look good.

I like the omnipod swapping mechanic quite a lot. I wish there was some way to limit it so that the mech needed to be in some sort of mechbay structure, but I'm not sure that's possible at the moment. It still feels pretty balanced as it is, though, thanks to the time it takes for the mech to convert.

This is a bit of a tangent, but would you mind if I uploaded my own battletech mod? While the art styles are a little different (I based mine off of the physical miniature designs), it makes a pretty good companion to this mod, imo.

Nova C wasn't gonna work out, simply because it was gonna be, too close to the Nova A, so I chose the only other fairly diffrent loadout, the Nova D. Which has a LRM20, and AC/5. good long range barrage, and decent medium ranged point defense to fall back on.

Tomorrow I'll be adding in the Nova C, so expect the first AutoCannons, and LRMs to be added in.
The Nova S will complete the Nova Series, so we'll have med-Long Range Brawler, Laser Defense Sniper, Area Spread Support, and Close-Med Range Brawler.
