the Sturmpanzer isn't supposed to be fast, the "Storm" part probably comes from the cannon

I dont seem to have the problems with the passenger seat at all, it just acts normal for me

i do admit that this is fast and maneurvable.IF you only have one person.
if i have a passenger or io am the passenger, the tanks jsut spazzes out and makes it complely impossible to drive.
please fix. tank is good, but the passengers seats break it
