For those wondering about why Dieter doesn't pop for the Von Carstein's, it is because his dilemma is specifically scripted to occur for Mannfred/Sylvania. If you open up the mod (not the sfo submod, but the main revived mod) with RPFM (It's pretty easy, I downloaded it and learned to use it just to do this) and go into the script and replace all instances of wh_main_vmp_vampire_counts with wh_main_vmp_schwartzhafen then the dilemma will trigger and do everything you need when playing as Vlad/Isabella.

For quick reference for anyone else wanting Dieter as a different VC faction, the relevant IDs to replace the sylvania one with are;
wh2_dlc11_vmp_the_barrow_legion (Heinrich Kemmler)
wh_main_vmp_mousillon (Mousillon)
wh_main_vmp_rival_sylvanian_vamps (Templehof)
wh_main_vmp_necrarch_brotherhood (Necrarch Brotherhood)
wh_main_vmp_strygos_empire (Strygos Empire)
wh_main_vmp_the_silver_host (The Silver Host)

I seem to have the same issue as smeagol where the dilemma to get Dieter Helsnicht doesn't happen on turn 16 while playing as the Von Carsteins.

Hello, I have problems with getting Dieter Helsnicht to spawn in my campaign, it's turn 115 now and I have confederated both Sylvania, Mousillon and The Barrow Legion (playing Isabella). Is there some way I can get him to spawn?

Thanks for letting us know. Honestly the original mod has a lot of issues, I plan to reevaluate it later. We only fixed the crashing, SFO balance, and texts for now.

Hey - obviously most custom lords and heroes in SFO have some pretty serious jank, but I've noticed that all of Zacharias' uniques are all coded for the Arcane slot.

The mod has many misspellings and grammatical errors in the lore and fluff portions. Would you be able to fix any of those? I could help as well.

it is not. the base mod needs an update but whysofurious isn't able nowadays I guess so I uploaded a fix rightnow. You can use the mod now

Yep, that's a safe way to play. Just letting you know I personally have been using it without issue.

I prefer not to use anything that hasn't been updated for Hunter and beast. I'd rather wait. Cause then you are just asking for bugs and crashes lol

Just FYI @Skragrott the LoonKing, even though the base mod hasn't been updated since May it still works fine.

I was even using it with the latest version of SFO before Flamboyant updated the SFO compatabillity patch.
