Why isn't there a "MAX EVERYTHING IDFC" button? I could honestly give a damn about micromanaging all of these individual aspects and simply want the item to disappear with a number to represent how many exist. I miss the digital storage. :(

If yours does not work with no other mods installed, then you have a problem with your game installation.

Same problem. No errors, no conflicts, just settings not working.

Try using the mod by itself with no other mods loaded to make sure there is not a conflict or something else messing with the options window.

I'm having the same issue with both Stack XXL and OgreStack. Both mods are installing and work, but the Mod Settings in game don't respond to input. For most items I only want a 2x increased stack size, however it will not budge from the default settings of much larger stack sizes.

For OgreStack, the fixed amount settings seem to work better, but I'd rather use scalar settings to just 2x everything but it will not work.

Any thoughts or am I doing something wrong?

@SnipTerZ and @thesoupiest, scroll down in the mod config, there's a section for item-specific limits by editing the XML.

Is it possible to add an exception for revenant spines to set them to 1 by default?
Stacking these things overwrites all previously collected information on each corresponding individual.

It would be great if the mod inherently separated hay and kibble stacks, admittedly its a bit of a niche issue, I really just want this so I can have seperate barns without having massive technical issues with either kibble stacks not being easy to seperate, or hay stacks not being easy to store. i would do it myself but im on steam deck, so i don't think its possible.

just realize that large stacks will be targeted by a tantruming pawn. In similar mods i lost 200+ componets from a single break. Great for stuff like wood where it takes a stack to refuel

hey mate, I think there should be a specific option for the wastepack so the player can choose to keep them as normal so not to break the balance of Biotech.

having an issue where steel wont stack any higher than 75, even if i specifically add that to the overrides. wood, for example, stacks just fine to 1000, but steel doesn't.

Is it possible to get sculptures to stack? I tend to make a lot of sculptures between traders and want to cut down on how long it takes to trade them and going one at a time is tedious.

Hey, i think the ThingDef for Toxic wastepacks has changed since you put it in the xml.
they stacked up to 50 for me before i editted it. this works for me:

also here's an exclusion that fixes(or at least i hope it will) an issue with Vanilla Recycling Expanded where the stack size matters. (it basically makes fertilizing soil rly annoying the higher the stack size)

Thank you very much for the response, short explanation; I'm stupid. Long explanation, I started the game with 1000 for wood, later changed it to 10000, which caused that individual stack to remain 1000. Fixed it by prioritizing another new stockpile, moved all wood to there, and moved it back to the shelf by deleting the stockpile. This all started with me misunderstanding the description of the shelf, which says thrice as much as ground, not thrice as much per stack, which made me expect wood to go up to 3000 per stack, not per "square".

@Hethradiah: If you've targeted wood specifically then you have made an entry in to the overrides.xml looks like this: [code]<item defName="WoodLog" stackLimit="10000" />[/code] and then restarted RimWorld. If you did this and your logs are till at 1000, its just because nobody has triggered the Merge haul job yet. Try putting one of your pawns priority 1 Haul.

I'm sorry if this was discussed before, but shelves seem to use default values.
Example: I've changed the settings to let wood be stacked up to 10000, but each wood stack on a shelf spot seems to hold 1000 units. Am I missing something?

great mod! but for ease of use i'd strongly recommend makin "Vanilla" the default option upon install, for those of us who don't always check new mod options before loading a save... :P

Is there an upper limit to stack sizes? I keep having issues with stuff like basic resoruces (wood etc) like right now I have a 1x1 zone for wood, with resources set to 1 million cap, and it's telling me it's full with 1500 wood in it.

Still says 1.4 in the in-game mod menu and throws an error upon game startup with this mod enabled.

For some reason Ogre Stack still shows up as being version 1.4 in the main menu mods line up and doesn't show up in the in-game mod options menu. Stack sizes don't seem to be vanilla as well.
