In 1.40 the trailer may have some issues with the lights but other than that it should work. I will look into updating it once I got the time for it.

"This trailer is not available as an owned trailer for the time being, only on the Freight Market (and External Contracts)." As only owned trailers can have tuning, this trailer does not have any for the time being.
