Boingo can instead tell the HP of enemies and tell the stats of other players with Right clicking them with Tohth in your hand slot, He can even tell when the next season is coming and when the next full moon is coming by right clicking the Ground with Tohth in your hand slot.

Gains sanity around Oingo

Slightly faster than normal Characters

25% Chance to Mislead the Player with the wrong "Predictions"
Ex: "Winter's coming in 4 days.." When its really coming in 5 days

In my opinion, the white eyes fit Okayasu much better. Making him have pupils would be incredibly off putting. There's no specific rule telling how character creation must go. The artist went with the choice that made the most sense with the character, and I personally can respect that.

Hey, I know this is your mod and everything, but in DS male characters are portrayed with eyes looking like dots (ex. Wilson), while females have hollow eyes (ex. Willow). Just saying.
