Hi, is the central house asset included in the download or is it an unlisted dependency?

Loading screen mod reports errors in missing assets for this mod. Missing Asset is "Double Garage" and the link for that asset ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1303212008 ) returns an error. This missing asset is also linked in your American Suburban Customised 8 v2 ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1486812708 ) House.

As much as I like this asset, this needs to be rebranded as an actual Residential Low asset instead of a Unique Building asset. If done so, the lot size should be 4x4 and the building level be Level 5.

I have a question...
...can you put the "prop-assets" (fences, trees etc.)
inside your collection?
So we can all take the little assets with "one klick".

I decided to re-do the houses because alot of people experienced problems with the grass. This one is the first of the reworks from the 'American Suburban Customised' series.
