Personally I start the inhuman game with Farm, Woodcutter, 3 houses and a gatherer in this order. You'll need to prioritise tasks so you always have enough building materials and begin building before it's too late.

I recommend you check out some guides if that doesn't help enough.

If you mean, when do you win "Banished" - you don't, there's no win condition. HF!

@Mike: It's actually still a bit harder than hard mode. You have even less starting materials than in hard mode, also 2 of your 3 families are uneducated making them less efficient at work. However, if that's too less of a challenge I'll create an even harder version soon(ish).

@XXjawsXx: I appreciate very much that you like the mod. I will try to make this work as well with the settings you suggested. I think, completely without firewood and tools, it is going to be even more difficult, so look forward to the next version including this "inhuman" starting condition. ;-)

why not just play the hardest level? its the same thing. no farms/seeds/livestock.

i really like your mod and would like to see a different version of this mod. its like this, but you have seeds for farming and no tools and no firewood. its a little wierd. i know but i think it could work. let me know what you think
