Mod have a problem with sound mg42(i dont know about mg34) in the building. The sound is superimposed on each other due rate of fire i think. Plz fix it and thx for attention.

How can I tell? There's no SDK for the game and I need it because of the Unreal Engine. There be SDK - I'll need to dig around how it handles all the sounds and make a decision if it is even worth it or not.

Yo TR3PTOR i cant wait when INS: SS releases. You said you will make a sound mod for it. I wonder how you are going to do with that sound system it has.

Yes, I haven't found anything in PR that fits the flamethrower. And yes, distant shots are still separate.

oh i see i just realised non of the sounds work for me (only tried in shooting range) any idea why? i did snd_restart and nothing

No, It's just a firearms pack. If you need explosions, movement, etc - you need previous ones except for the original (non-CAS) firearms pack.

I have no issues with MG42 or any other gun, so I can not even mimic the problem to figure out what's wrong.

Yeah I'm having the same issue as Konrad. The MG42 is too much for the sound engine it seems and it just deafens the whole game as a result for a time.

@TR3PTOR Hey TR3PTOR when i asked Butcher about implementing this mod in INS:SS, he said this:
No. It's a different game engine and a different sound engine called Wwise.
Sandstorm will already do this becuase of Wwise. And NWI will do it better.
Now i would asked, what do you think of this TR3PTOR?

I'm having the same issue with the gunshots not playing. I've uninstalled all weapon sound mods, and used snd_restart.

Yes, I copy and pasted the vpks from the CAS mod and yours to the custom folder I made in the doi file.

Anytime I try to use this mod, I don't hear any gunshots. I just hear the mechanics of the firearm such as the bolt.

Their seems to be an issue with the MG42 - whenever it fires the noise is simply to much for my headphones as well as my speakers I don't know why it does this. It fires turns into a lot of static and blots out all other sound with just silence.
