What's with the textures? Some of it is purple. (And I have TF2 mounted)

for anyone with lags, type in console:
ent_remove_all point_spotlight
ent_remove_all beam
ent_remove_all spotlight_end

Same here. TF2 mounted, no vents visible.

The textures are fine, and I have TF2 mounted, yet the vents are completely invisible for me.

In order to see the textures you need the free game "Team Fortress 2" installed onto your computer. To sync the TF2 files with Garry's Mod, click on the button with the white controller on it at the bottom right of the main menu and scroll down until you see the checkbox next to Team Fortress 2. Check the box, and you'll have the textures.

HOW DO U GET TEXTURES

*the map tab in the new game section, not the addons tab

you need Team Fortress 2 and its textures to get this. You'll know if you have the textures because TF2 maps will appear in the map tab.
