I spent like 4 hours trying to make this exact same thing and I had like 12 tabs open because I kept getting errors and then I go on here and see that someone already did it better years ago. Great job on figuring out how to deal with the "ConVarRef mat_reduceparticles doesn't point to an existing ConVar" error

So... I constantly get an error on this map where health and ammo packs lack a visible model. Also, can see through level geometry in A LOT of places. Namely the walls of the central bridge area, the fire extinguishers in the stairways leading from sewers, and the bit of rockface along the RED team's stairwell. Also, the floor textures in and around the intel room look very off and weird.

mind if I make a clean version? (basically no crocodiles)

As if pyro sharks weren't bad enough on 2fort regularily (I actually kind of like this tbh though)

I don't know why, but I like this, I think it would make for a intresting play style on a original map, a new twist, also I can see everyone going scout and dancing on the bridge roof in a friendly game.

Looks cool, but you should actually type info into the Change Notes and upload screenshots of the map other than the workshop thumbnail. It will give that map that extra layer of polish.
