Awesome! Great for sneaking

The idea is very nice but i think it would need a higher damage penalty

This is great! As sort of a Spy main, I appreciate it. However, you'll need to up the damage penalty.

I feel like it needs a bigger damage penalty, but this weapon would do great for mvm. The spy could completely replace the scout in mvm.

The informer, Texan heat maker should both be added in the spy vs engi war update!

You have to remember when it comes to some one spotting you, your pistle is nearlly useless you have to rely on others to see the green enemy outline. which by then your already dead.
I think its a really good weapon, real spys would always leak intell of enemy locations, I think this is a great weapon.

I think stats should be

-83% clip size
on hit: Marks the target for 8 seconds
on headshot: critical hit
on Critical hit: No damage done to player - stun player 2 secs
+50% reloading speed
-50% damage
silent shots
No random critical hits

useless at killing, Stuns so allows backstabs mannually while player is not moving (Like swissmass gloves), good for teamwork. Needs an stun anti spam tacktick.

Stun as in, Staying still like the stabby stabby taunt by sniper

It wouldn't be OP of it haven't done any damage at all

now i think it's a bit too OP, not to me, to valve,so if we really want this weapon i think we should remove random crits, less ammo capibility and less damage,or none of these, you can only shoot 1 person and 1 bullet at that person at the time
till the person die
or lose it's highlight and mark for death

i think you could do a better job in the model and the material color, afterall it's going to be the tranquilizer (if it get added to the game)

I'm actually really liking the look of those stats. It should help bring the whole 'Support' role back to Spy, IMO.

This item would also fit well in mvm to play as the spy with the scout role + u have an advantage in mvm over the scout you don't need to melee to tag them like scout you just shoot and its done mad milk to slow down You say? sapper can do the job as well. So valve you better add this in SPY vs ENGI update then we can troll the mvm scout ;P
