Ye, I read about that on reddit, it's a bug in the game

well i've restarted the game and it's now showing, but not the item icon in the inventory

Search for it on google, you might have disabled skins or you play on too low settings or sometimes the game for some reason just doesn't show it, but I'm not sure :/
