Correct it is 300 passengers. As you probably know the Baltimore metro vehicles are temporarily off the workshop for upgrades by its owner into metro vehicles.

the 6000 series are the second-most realiable subway cars in washington. the 1000 and 4000 series are already retired, the 5000 series will retire in 2019-2020, and the 2000 and 3000 series will retire in 2026.
