[Notice matter]
There will be a major rework of the Kinetic Strike Module mod. I've also considered updating this, but I had to take into account that this mod was left unattended for too long. Because a lot of people are already using the mod.

A separate rework mode with bug fixes and concept changes will be raised accordingly, in which case there will be no further updates to this mod.

@alterd-Rushnano Hey, I made many of the weapon inventory icons for Resistance Firearms to match the exact look of Vanilla weapon icons. This way they look completley seamless witht eh rest of the inventory.I noticed your icons are low res and taken from the older game, so they don't quite match.

I can make new ones them for you if you're willing to update the mod. Just let me know. I'll send you a friend request.

I can confirm Hohen's bug. This dummy engiinering project also seems to produce nothing, and is a different project than (and listened alongside to once its tech requirements are met) the actual proper tier 2 upgrade project.

I seem to continually get a bug where I have a free Arc Strike Module always in my Engineering Bay from the start of the game. I'm running a lot of mods so I'm sure it's just a conflict, I just found it interesting it's just that one Module and Tier 2 at that.

[Bug fix]
● HunterProtocol solved an issue that caused bladestorms - this feature was a big boost to SPARK.
(I did not know that the code I left for testing was still there ... :-< )

@Alterd Hi, I wanted to let you know that it should be possible for there to be a visible weapon on the forearm of MEC troopers. Specifically MEC troopers though, Sparks don't have the heavy weapon attachment bones.

@Alterd: no worries. any mod's bound to have a few bugs when you first put it out. key is just getting it fixed up inbefore the avalanche of more complain-ey types.

@Arcana: if it is this mod doing it, it's not just affecting the KSM, it's also affecting the SPARK rifles. I can't upgrade the Elerium Phase-Cannon and have it show up, even though somehow i ended up with Mercenary MEC Cannons, which apparently somehow are immune to whatever's doing it.

@Alterd: this is kinda a big bug you need to look at here.

After building a KSM it will imediately disappear from your inventory upon exiting egineering, that's why ppl aren't equipping them, basically it never existed in the first place. Probably a prank from Shen

@Mad: given Alterd is doing this alone, likely not, otherwise there'd actually be a physical model of the KSM as well. if we could, say, get Musashi and Claus onside to help out, stuff like that could be possible (they've been dabbling with custom animations quite a lot lately, i.e. the Ballistic Shield mod, Dual Wielding, etc.)

@Space Goat: won't think so with the basic one, though it could punch someone THROUGH a wall. Swipe might. course, SPARKs and MEC Troopers themselves can already wallbreak as well, tween the Overdrive Wallbreaking perk, and the MEC's Hammer Protocol.

I'd say Swipe would probably be better if it was a short-but-wide Cone, kinda like Musashi's "Cleave" ability on his Battleaxes. From what i can see, the current setup looks more like a "Air palm" or "Shockwave" type deal.

THX! I think I will have to make a KSM dedicated to utility slots in the near future.
And if it's about the damage to this weapon .... unfortunately, both SPARK and MEC have a powerful melee skill with a similar concept.

Maybe...you should try Swipe. This AoS melee skill is very useful.

@teh: actually, the MEC trooper already has that covered, it's "Self Defense Protocol," a perk upgrade to Kinetic Strike. I've watched it punch a Berserker literally the length of a city block.

I'm fine with it taking the gun slot, but it makes me want other super robot weapons as utilities. Getter Beams/Tomahawks and Rocket Punches and whatnot. Still, this is cool as is, and its definately going into my modlist. Thanks!
