Uh, my melee addons are:

Fireaxe: Red Glow
Machete: TF2 Prinny Machete

That's odd as I know it works in my friend's game. Do you have any axe, or machette mods as they use the texture file the pan does? Also have you tried verifing the integrity of l4d2 files?

Doesn't work. It just makes the pan have a white glowing tint.
