If you mean the template, there isn't one available for this particular vehicle: you'll just have to make a skin via trial & error (or of course using one of the existing skins for reference).

oh I didn't mean the vehicle, I meant the thingy to make the skin, I can't seem to find it

What do you mean "access"? It's right there on the workshop for anyone to use.

Hmm, I think I know what the problem is, it's on all my skins, in the process of fixing the problem, it has nothing to do with how powerful your computer is.

Tried them out earlier and really enjoyed them. This is the most accurate version of the Hornet. But since my computer is not as great as your's there are light blue/yellow (depending on the skin) outlines around the stickers, but that doesn't bother me too much.
