If you're having trouble with any "null" errros and transport is the problem... try this new fix for the sunset harbor release. It might help. Alot of transport assets need to be updated for the dlc.
It's called ISINTERCITY FIX

@Brandeyn If you do a Google Image search for Ohio Greyhound you'll see a postcard from Portsmouth. I did it from that since the buildings doesn't exist any more. Not 1:1 out of a postcard obviously, I also added some extra bits.
