instead of anyone that downloads this needs to fix the "failed to find a dedicated server" it would be nice if this workshop item gets updated.

Got an fix. Navigate to:
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps\workshop\126558079. There should be an file named "surf_greatriver_xdr3am_d.bsp" copy this to an D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps. Now it should work. Tell me if there is any more problems! :)
