Thanks a lot - I found the hidden switch in the Arcade but I did not see that it opened the window

It is in William Coleman's apartment, you can access it by the window - to unlock the window, find a hidden switch behind one of the machines in the Arcade.

When you have the red key, just duck near the wooden box at the bank entrance and press "use", the red lock is hidden there. Now that I look at the map after all the years, I knew people might be having problems with it.

I got the red key card but have no idea what to do from this point foward, i cant find a red lock to insert it or maybe do something to explode the bank entrance.

Yes, but there are actually two switches in strip club and both need to be pressed. The second one is behind the large speaker/amplifier in main room.
