Since some talks in Rimworld are rather strange (I once had an animal handler, who talked to a tame Thrumbo about sex O.o), the "professional discussions" make pretty much sense. Hope it works as described.

What exactly is the rate of xp gain and how much, some numbers would be good instead of this vague description you have provided.

Of course, it's possible that some other mod is causing this issue, but for what I know, I've installed zero relating to pawn's social.
Just something to think about.
Regarding 0.18 version. I just looked into it and sadly they changed something about interactions for which i have to find a whole new solution so 0.18 version will be delayed.

1) Will the master chef learn about hunting, while they talk?
2) Does the hunter learn double: talking + butchering?

I made some notes and while try this mod as soon as it comes for 0.18. Don't wanna discard 50+ 0.18 mods just for 2-3 0.19 mods. Keep up the good work! Danke vielmals!
I am able to see that the pawns talked about a subject but not how much xp is raised (not that it is too important but there doesnt seem to be much info).
Also, I think it would be awesome if you could make this adjustable for either a more subtle change to a game or to make a playthough more laidback experience.
