Thanks, This is exactly what I was looking for!

@Leeijo This pack is outstanding. Thanks for it. Could i ask which decals you were using to decorate your houses like shown on your Images. Are the driveways made with ploppable asphalt or did you use certain decals?
NOiZE 10 May, 2020 @ 9:41am
With the latest RICO mod, you can change the building level yourself.
[Delta ²k5] 10 May, 2020 @ 8:55am
As I just stumbled across this I have to agree it would be neat if you extend your work to other levels :)

I for myself play with a mix of RICO and growables as I love to create large metropolitan cities - it would be a pain to plop every house one by one in some areas ;)
Leeijo  [author] 9 May, 2020 @ 11:31pm
Thanks! I get your point. There was some idea from the beginning to extend the set to levels one and two and well but the energy to do that was never there I'm afraid. I play mostly with Rico and this was more to allow players to play with it without that. Plop the growables helps though.

This pack is fantastic. I find myself wishing the buildings included started at level 1 and worked up, but I also understand that maybe there's some behind-the-scene reason they start at level 3. If the pack could be reworked from level 1, I think it would deliver a better experience. I don't mind using plop the growables, but that's the only way I have been able to get these buildings into my city. Overall, a great job!

Yes, this and the Rico versions. Mostly the Rico ones but the houses are the same.
GregThunder 12 Apr, 2020 @ 2:42pm
is this the house that sanctum gamer uses?
Leeijo  [author] 1 Apr, 2020 @ 9:09am
Yeah, those are there by default, it's the map theme. You either have to paint under with something, or turn these sprites off with a mod.
FragMaster31 31 Mar, 2020 @ 10:33pm
Maybe I am missing something, but when I use these, the "map foliage" or "bushes" show through my driveways. It looks horrible and I cannot figure out why this is happening.
Leeijo  [author] 14 Jul, 2019 @ 12:42am
Hmm, should work. might be you need to activate advanced mode for some of them but I don't see why. Otherwise the best thing would be to load them up in editor and simply remove them yourself. Then you'd have a local version instead.
TimmyBuckets 13 Jul, 2019 @ 11:26pm
Weird, cant remove fences with Prop it up, i can with other buildings though. I love the fences that you use but i want to customise the size of the yards. Would be great to have a version(you already have so many versions, thank you!) without props
Leeijo  [author] 9 May, 2019 @ 2:22am
@noize hard to say what is causing that, though if you build a lot of anything you will get lower fps. These buildings are quite low on tris, and shouldn't be heavier than other buildings. They do contain some trees that could slow things down perhaps, try to make local versions without them.
NOiZE 8 May, 2019 @ 11:11pm
For some reason when i build a huge amount of these assets they really kill my FPS.
Sophannah 16 Mar, 2019 @ 11:23am
Yep that's exactly what it was leeijo. Thanks again. Btw, these houses look great in my city 😊
Chris6d 16 Mar, 2019 @ 9:14am
I will continue to work on a solution, but for now I'll just plop 'em manually. Great buildings btw!
Leeijo  [author] 16 Mar, 2019 @ 9:13am
@Chris6d sorry, I have plans for lower level but it's gonna be a while or more. You also need to zone the size these are some since skylines will try to make as large plots as possible. You could also use buildings theme to set a theme with these and some lower level of same size.

@Sophannah that probably means you don't have the theme decals mod. Check that out.
Chris6d 16 Mar, 2019 @ 9:08am
Why are there no Level 1 buildings? They're not growing in my city because of this. Any help
Sophannah 12 Mar, 2019 @ 1:45pm
I do really like these buildings, but I can't get the driveways to match the road...they are really bright white. Could you help please? I'd love to be able to use them.
Leeijo  [author] 2 Mar, 2019 @ 11:43am
I dare to say they are even better! Thanks for all you guys support, it's what makes this fun!
Jensoo 2 Mar, 2019 @ 8:20am
@Leeijo, I am already excited about them. But take all the time you need. If they turn out as good as the SoCal houses they will become one of my favourites. :)
Leeijo  [author] 2 Mar, 2019 @ 3:35am
@Jensoo Thanks! I will release them for sure! There are two other projects before that, with SoCal theme as well, and then I will finish up the dingbats and release them! Hopefully I'll manage it all before summer!
Jensoo 2 Mar, 2019 @ 2:18am
Hi Leeijo, I saw your Dingbat residential buildings in your latest Emory Hills upload. Is there any chance you will upload them sometime? Like your SoCal pack they are true essentials for California city projects. <3
JustJuulNL 25 Jan, 2019 @ 10:19am
well then i have to gnome myself outa this
Leeijo  [author] 25 Jan, 2019 @ 10:07am
@mr gnome, yes you can set these up to be Rico as well, you have to do it yourself. I have released a Rico pack as well. Those are one tile bigger though.
JustJuulNL 25 Jan, 2019 @ 7:18am
can i use this with RICO?
j_nobbs 9 Sep, 2018 @ 3:35pm
Thanks. I find single storey more realistic too. These are really quality assets. There are also interesting examples in the Burbank area where it gets quite dense.
Leeijo  [author] 9 Sep, 2018 @ 4:14am
There will be more houses coming in time. Can't say of what model but definately in SoCal style.
TeZZeen 9 Sep, 2018 @ 1:10am
A tip would be to do more two story houses. I see alot of houses around LA which basically fill up the whole property and usually 2 stories.
j_nobbs 24 Aug, 2018 @ 9:05pm
These assets are amazing. I'm using the Rico versions. Do you plan on making any more of them? I"m also very glad that you chose to make them 5 cells deep, although looking at many parts of East LA, there are some really deep properties with multiple units on them. Some are 2x8. Anyway I'm using them for my new LA project. Thanks :)
BeeBoo 23 Aug, 2018 @ 6:58pm
how do I enable this, It does not appear after i subscribed. I don't use workshop stuff often so i am still new to all of this
Leeijo  [author] 22 Aug, 2018 @ 6:15am

ccgiroux 21 Aug, 2018 @ 4:17pm
Please help me I cant seem to get a driveway or any nice decor that s in the video. What mod are you using.
frapigecko 13 Aug, 2018 @ 1:04pm
please more of this! :)
pop_tarts_good 12 Aug, 2018 @ 10:49am
Little boxes made of ticky tacky....

Great quality work here!
Leeijo  [author] 10 Aug, 2018 @ 9:55am
I might have been a bit unclear perhaps, brain is tired after releasing these :)
The blocks are basically four Rico houses in one 8x5 asset, meant to have a lower building limit impact.
Fynboen 10 Aug, 2018 @ 9:42am
What is the difference between Grow and block pack?
