It bears the logo of a hockey team called Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, a Russian ice hockey team from the city of Nizhny, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Their home arena is the Trade Union Sport Palace. Not sure if this arena here in the workshop is a facsimile of the TUSP or whatever. But anyways, nice arena. Hopefully the next DLC for Skylines involves sports, especially ice hockey; a sport I really like watching.
