I'm voting for this because I'm sick of people portraying Medic as a Nazi. Yes, he practiced ethically dubious science in Germany, but that doesn't automatically mean he's a Nazi.

Because its German, and you missed the point of east vs west Germany. It isn't litteraly about east as compared to the other 3 directions, but as as in Berlin wall east.
