The mod collection works just fine, loads a map in 50 secs with no assets, must be some asset

the assets here should be more than fine...they should not create any problems. And I have a MOD Collection for Little France too which work just fine.
Not sure what is your issue...

You need to subscribe to the mod collection too I think, because some assets need them in order to work

AHHHH, I subbed to this collection, weeded out the stuff I wasn't going to use and.. my game won't load? Any ideas, using only mods from your collection and my pc specs can more than handle 4.5k assets. I ran +5k before the update......

to be honest...with 12GB and if you have all DLCs...you are at the limits. But for sure you cannot subscribe to all my assets here. It won't work. you can have maximum 4-500...or less.
