For me, it's Fast Headcrabs 24/7.

The Arena never seems to move on from Fast Headcrabs.

It's just an endless stream of them.

Is this a bug or intended?

You find it under Half-Life 2.

Would help people in the future if this map was moved to either Sandbox or Other.
