I halved the sizes across the board. I can't give exact dimensions since I think the game also takes "cramped-ness" into account like if it's full of furniture or mostly empty. But in general it's about 50% of vanilla

Finally a mod like this. I was on vacation and I slept in a room that fit only one double bed and one small wardrobe. It was pretty small, but I liked it. It didn't feel cramped at all.
