Well, the Colt had a number of difrrent names/models - Trapper, Frontiersman, Lightning (that may have the later double-action version) - or just the SAA. You might also want to look up the Smith and Wesson Model Number Three, and the Remmington 1958 (The latter was Tuco's choice of weapon in "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly - as well as a popular model during the US civil war)

As for a few other iconic items - there is the sharp's falling block (carbine with seven bullets in a magazine internal to the stock) and the .50 caliber sharps "Buffalo Rifle". A brass colored gatling gun might be neat. As would the ability to add stocks and make the handguns into carbines (or remove them) - that was a popular feature in the old west.

The vanilla Peacemaker is based off the P90, while my Peacemaker is based off the Colt Single Action Army, also known as the Peacemaker. I simply couldn't think off a better name.
