If you have some trouble to find fine wingbacks, Try Suk Sam Audi v3 that is utilizing 3wingbacks.
And I feel that Audi v3 is more stable against 4231 formation.

This tactic is amazing, now in league 2 with Bognor Regis and I have crappy wingbacks and attacking wingbacks (1 to 1.5 stars, average skilled for the role) - still this tactic works like a charm.
