I only have sporadic access to the Steam Workshop, since files can only be uploaded through the Windows-exclusive SDK, and I do most of my modding on a Mac. Consequently, updates to my mods will be released on Civfanatics more promptly than on the Steam Workshop. That's why the Community Balance Patch support only works on the Civfanatics version of this mod— I've fixed the error in that version, but haven't yet had the opportunity to port those fixes to Steam. (No idea what could be causing the Purépecha's TSL problems, though; you're probably right that it's a compatibility problem.)

I've been experimenting with your mods a little more and discovered something really weird. As I said before I cant run this mod with Community Balance patch (few post below), however its only true for workshop version. I've downloaded this mod from civfanatics and that version worked perfectly fine for me. Similiar problem occurs with Purepecha. No idea what causing it. Additionally Purepecha workshop mods shows up on Ynaemp TSL as available, but civfanatics does not. I have no clue why is it happening in my games, maybe some wierd compability issue between various custom civs is causing this.

That's strange, I took a look in the code and everything looks like it should be functional. If you have logging enabled, could you send me copies of your Database.log and Lua.log?

i really like this mod, but the UB doesn't work. I get neither the plus one food on worked camps or the plus one production on adjacent sea tiles. Ideas?

Sorry to hear that! I have an upcoming patch coming for the Aleut, so I can incorporate that fix. The update should be live on my Civfanatics thread (linked in mod description) in 2–3 days.

Hey, sorry but this mod is not compatible with Community Balance Patch (Vox Populi) - if it is enabled, you cannot select any vanilla civs, only some of the modded ones. Could you fix it? I like to run 43 civ YNAEMP Vox Populi mega campaigns nad Aleuts placement wouild nicely fill an empty space in that area of the map.

Perfect!

Actually, I think I might have figured out what the problem was! I've updated the Aleut; let me know if the bug persists.

Hmm, that isn't a bug I've ever experienced. What other mods do you have enabled? I'd like to see if I can replicate it.

the civ does not appear in the civ list on the game-setup page.

"Aleut" isn't an Aleut word either— as is customary in the Civ series, I've used the terms most recognizable to an English-speaking audience rather than adhering strictly to native languages. I only broke this rule with the UU because another civ already used the Baidarka.

1st Barabara is a Russian name not an Aleut, The Russian made slaves out of the Aleuts.

Aleut call their homes Ulaq.

2nd spear shafts are made from wood
ivory sinks and freezes you hand in winter

white shafts are coated with skin or processed intestines with seal oil greese to stop the hand from sticking to the wet shaft.

3rd your guy in naked from the waste down. :steamhappy:

Aleuts had leggings and boots as well made of processed intestines.
