I didn't read through all the comments, so sorry if this has been already posted, but here's the Fix for the names. This example is for American English:

1. Go to the Steam Workshop folder for this mod and find \universal\locale\en_us folder
2. Open driver_names.sii in notepad
3. There's a line driver_names : .driver.names
4. Change it to driver_names : en_us.driver.names

I only checked for en_us, but I'd say it works for all languages.

Now you can look at them pretty faces without male names disturbing

Re-iterating Zekk Distor's suggestion below to switch your game language to English (United States), which points to the eng_us subdir in the mod file, and will then use the correct names.

FYI Switching to 'English (United States)' instead of just 'English' made the mod work for me.
Seems like something is broken in the regular English locale (en_gb) that breaks changes to the locale. Tested this today with the latest version (1.49.2.23)

@basis013 - No need to update this mod works great in 1.46. I am in 1.46 wito no problems at all this mot wxusts since 1.40 if i not wrong, working great.

@千月星痕y This mod replaces drivers' sex in config files, so maybe you'll can't get the achievement. When you'll get enought full-skilled drivers, you can simply disable this mod, get achievement, and after that enable mod again.

If this mod is used, can I still get the achievement "Have 10 men and 10 women full-skilled drivers"?

@Kultag check your mods' priority list and/or disable another mods which can take influence to this mod.

The icons are there, but they have stock name (mostly male).

Can you check if you have another mods that may cause conflict with this mod? I don't have any troubles with the names in my game.

Is this supposed to give them female names? I run your ATS version and they all have female names. I just installed this version and all the names stayed default so many drivers have male names.

@Yrol Denjeah, a lot of people doesn't have any problems with the driver's names, include me. If you have issues, you should check incompotible mods and turn it off.

Excellent mod. Love it. However seeing an absolute stunner called Dave or Bob is off-putting. Even real-life TS's pick a female name. Lol.
