It doesn't change the number of factories you start with, but it fixes the bug that as taiwan you can'T even do the industrial focus until the end because a lack of slots.

it's right now a private submod just for me. Short description: Right now it only splits Taiwan like in EU4 into 3 different provinces, making Taiwan actually represent the industrial power it has in the region compared to it's neighbours like Vietnam or the Philippines.
