Love this mod. But I run a heavily boosted and modded server. My max wild dino level is 500. And hunger levels are easily 30,000. So even the XL shot will not hardly effect even an Ankylosaurus. Are there any .ini setting I can adjust to make this more powerful for my server?

Is ther a way to add the engram to a workbench/station so you do not have to craft 1000 items in your inventory?

It works for me but not exactly like the above description. The tier or size of the dinosaurs seem to have an effect too. The XL metabolizer will work for 60 seconds but usually the bigger dinos will eat 3x before they need another one. The effect from the metabolizer doesn't stack. It still makes taming way WAAAY faster without being too OP or needing to change any configuration in your settings. I liked the normal speed from before so my taming speed is on 0.50 and it can take sometimes up to 10 minutes to tame something with the XL.

If a dino looses 0.2 hunger every 2 seconds now instead it could loose 2 every 2 seconds. So with the weaker metabolizer you might only see a tiny little difference.

Hi, is mutton an option instead of prime meat? Cause evrytime i pull resources to craft the large one i pull mutton instead of prime meat.

can u add a syringe for stimulant? like you syringe it into a knocked out dino and it removes topor realy fast

Unfortunately this mod doesn't seem to work with ridiculously high level dinos. I have my game set to... x30? if I remember correctly?? So the highest dinos are about lvl 600 and I believe the unicorns can be up to lvl900? (I've been away for a while and then I came back for the new map lol)

I tried checking for some .ini files to edit, but it looks like that's not available, for now. And idk how to fiddle with those other file types. Something I'd suggest is either granting us the option to edit these mods for modded maps, or perhaps creating a new set of Metabolizers that are scaled for ludicrously high levels.

Until something is updated to make this more flexible, I'll just have to set this aside and try a different (and probably less convenient) mod. :/ (but I won't unsub just yet lol)

love this mod but whenever i use this on a dino it gradually lowers the tame percentage meaning i cant use this and get a 100% tame, is this intentional or a bug?

This probably isn't the place to do this, and I don't mean to beg, but would you be willing to make a mod that makes poison (narco) grenades work on dinos? They look so cool but we cant use them for anything in PvE.. Maybe just make them work like narcotic traps so that we cant use them directly for taming..

Can you please remove the scaling? I run 2 servers and the players on the higher difficulty server wish it was just as effective... may I suggest maybe a setting we can add to the server file to enable or diable scaling?

I used it on a lv.220 thyla and i use alot to get it to eat faster, but it just stops eating. I had a mod that had auto narcotics, but when removed from inventory it still refused to eat. At this point it had 2000+ cooked lamb cops in its inventory and around 4000/6000 food. But it still refused to accept food. Even when i switched to raw meat nothing happened. Eventually after 3 minutes of not eating it finally tamed(it had lost 7% taming effectiveness on my 5× taming rating wich is horrific). Is there something messing up or what?

@Mythic Viper I am considering changing the way I have the mod setup, however that was the way I had initially designed the mod was to scale down on higher level dinos. In other words the 1000 food drop is on a low level dino and would do as you said a decent amount less on very high dinos to keep the difficulty scale somewhat reasonable. If there is a lot of demand I may remove this feature. I am also looking at making it an option in the ini file. Suggestions are welcome.

The XL does not seem to drop dinos food by 1000, only about 300.

It works, but dinos refuse to eat! They will have 4000/6000 food, but still seems to eat at a normal rate. Is there a coolsown on food? This is ruining my taming effectiveness.

@General_Lex I do plan to make a config, however I am still working on some aspects of this mod that would require rewriting configs every time. Once I make it final they will be added.

I like your mod but Tier 2-3 isnt worht it for me. I just use the Tier 1 cause it cost Wayyyy less. And just need to use it 2-3 times to add up to tier 2 and 5x for tier 3. Yes i wait more. But i dont need to wait more to for for prime meat and other reqs.

I have made several updates to the mod based on the comments below. Please let me know if this needs further tweaking. I will also work on adjusting the scale of the new icons in the next build. And yes ini files are coming soon.

I cant play ark on my computer because my computer cant handle the game but if this is incorprated into the game for maybe xbox or ps4, this would be amazing! especially for pteranodans... i tried to tame one on xbox. me and my brother let it go after 10 min. the hunger went down about 100.

Great idea. Wish they would incorporate into the game. Maybe make the engrams of higher level and require rarer goods to make (like gems, black pearls, etc.) as this is a pretty powerful tool. Love the idea though.

Sorry for the delayed responses. I am old and have to support a family :) I do plan to add more updates to this and the other mods on the weekends.

@CoyodiSoul They do currently stack. As for the descriptions I already have a build I am working on updating those (and the L tooltip is corrected). As for crafting costs I am open to suggestions.

@Muffin_Cat this is a part to a larger mod pack coming in the near future and the recipes will include custom items to increase the usefulness of farming.

@EntityDxD You are correct, however I do not have the source and this is one out of roughly 20 parts of a larger package I am making.

@UnRunDead I plan to provide a full ini setup after a couple of tweaks.

@ChaosTheory337 I will add this to the description next update, however Max is correct.

Remote use it in the dino inventory just like the narcotic.

So it doesn't say how to use the Metabolizer. Do I just create the metabolizer and set it in the dinosaurs inventory when knocked out? Do I have to mix it with raw meat? When I put it in the knocked out dino it does not get consumed. Not sure if I'm doing it correctly since there is no discription on how to use it.

@UnRunDead: No, you can't, currently.

Although, I would suggest to mod author to make both this and his tranq arrow mod accept ini settings for each item, that way the mod can be used for all servers, vanilla or heavily modded, low or high dino levels as the hunger/tranq values could be adjusted as needed. A one mods suits all type of scenario. Just a suggestion, of course.

Is it possible to edit how much food is reduceing at all of them.

Example i write into my Game.ini
Metabolizer
food: 100 or like that because i like the mod but it to much op in my mind.

is there any settings what i can edit?
