Most of the source models that I work with don't have normal maps, so I haven't been using those.

Also, IMHO, they make the models look a little weird. Take a look at my Chess 2 mod, that one had some normal maps in the source models, and I included them.

You're work is great! Do you use only diffuse or do you use normal maps for the models? Not a criticism, just curious.
