Please, somehow this is one of the most balanced tranq mods we can find.
If we could just remove the 15x and 25x it would be absolutely perfect for our server.

Also, would be good for these to be crafted in their own bench. Why? This offers the best compatibility, you don't have to worry about adding them to the vanilla m&p or chem bench when some users might be using s+ only benches (or another crafting mod) and therefore they won't show up in there. Crafting in inventory is, well, lame, slows players down and if crafting many therefore requiring a lot of mats would weigh players down, especially if they don't use stack mods or some other weight altering method from vanilla.
To make it easy and keep mod footprint small you could use the regular smithy model and just make it a different color and/or size, up to you.
Just an idea, either way, thanks for the mod.
P.S. The above concept would work super well with your metabolizers mod as well, for the same reason, maximizing flexibility and compatibility, for any rate or difficulty server and with vanilla or super crazy dino modded server.
Ini configurable values for all MK1, MK2 and MK2 variants, initial impact and effect over time.
Could even add the slow down effect to each variant as a floating point value whereby a value of 0 is no slow at all so it can be effectively turned off for those that don't want it.
That along with the ability for anyone with a little effort to research and find out how to override mod engrams and crafting costs would allow users to have a 100% flexible mod to cater for any type of server setup and difficulty.
Eg. I'd offer up only 3x and 5x variants of arrows and darts (by altering the values of MK1 and MK2 variables) blocking the mk3 engrams, would also turn the slow down off. Would fine tuning crafting costs depending on the server difficulty at the time and the materials available on the map and dlc in play.

Mk1 dart x2 (ark dart torpor) @ Lvl 70-76? = 312 instant torpor + (65+) over time torpor
Shocking dart @ Lvl 96 = 312 instant torpor + 130 over time torpor
Mk2 dart x3 (adt) @ Lvl 80-90 = 468 instant torpor + (65+) over time torpor + slow 25%
Mk3 dart x4 (adt) @ Lvl 90-100 = 624 instant torpor + (65+) over time torpor + slow 50%
The over time would probably be a little strongerl. Obviously if you wanted the original 900 - 2250 torpor the Mk1-3 darts have just toss this out lol. This just seemed a little more balanced and fit in with the existing arrows and darts..except the shocking dart, which..eh whatever, no no, bad attitude, it does 312 instant + 130 over time, which throws everything off.
Figured i would try and balance this a bit more for the 30x difficulty on my server, here is what i have made them (This is just my personal thoughts and changes i have done for balance on mine).

This adds coal to base harvest of rocks, then allows for crafting of a coal forge, which allows creation of steel and steel tools. Once steel tools are created you can move on to weapons and use the tools to harvest other minerals from metal rocks. Then create complex automation proceses which will eventually in that version of the mod be used to create all the different tranqs/metabolizers etc.
it is still too easy to craft the highest tier.
