I put your mod in a higher priority like suggested and it worked! Thank you!

Chenipan: Could be a mod conflict if he's refusing it. Backup your modsave folder and try giving this mod a higher priority.

Umm.... I tried that and it still does't work. Any idea?

Chenipan: Gem Saver does automatically switch to your items tab, but you can switch back by clicking your consumables tab, then you can drag the Gem Box to the Gem Saver from there.

So... I'm having issues.

I tried the Gem Saver and it doesn't work. Since the Gem Box is a consumable, the Gem Saver won't accept it. He only takes Items (not consumables).

Is that supposed to happen? Or is it just me....

Thanks a lot for your work in producing this mod. Understandably, the rules governing the sorting of items don't apply to the gems in the consumable inventory window. Do you have any idea on how to fix this? I'd be interested in doing it manually if you don't plan on fixing that issue, but I have no idea where the value that determines item order in the inventory windows is (thought it was "weight", guess not!). Much obliged.

Made a video about your mod, if you would like to add it here, feel free https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrrrJPSEBLE

This is incredibly great. Now if only gems were stackable...

Sure, Norbule, that's a good idea. I'll change it to 2 items + 1 gem for the next release. I'd feel bad if this caused anyone to lose the item they were trying to upgrade. Note that when socketing items you only need one gem of the matching level + any other gem.

Any way to change the recipe for the gem box so it isn't shared with the add socket to item recipe? Either by making it 2 items x 1 gem or 2 items x 2 gems. It could avoid unfortunate problems when trying to add a socket and ending up with a gem box if one of the gems isn't high enough level for the item.

Skyler__: Restore your \modsave folder from backup and try again, disabling this mod and running gems are consumables XFER instead until you've safely moved all of your gems from the equipment tab. Please read through the instructions carefully before proceeding.

You've described exactly what will happen to any gems left on the equipment tab when you run this mod without doing the above, hence the dire warnings.

I tried to use this. On the first load, it seemed to be okay, but now all my gems are gone. Every place there was a gem, there is now empty slot in equip and none are in consumables. Help?

Thanks, have this set to 1 in load order and no problems, just played about 30 minutes.

Sorting should work fine, no matter what tab you use for gems. I've updated this mod for compatibility with Combine Them All's new tokens. Load this mod before CombineThemAll for full compatibility. (If you load it second, gems will be allowed in both tabs.)
Roalith 17 Jul, 2013 @ 7:12am
Sorry to double post, but this should be compatible with all the mods in Combine Them All correct?

Will this still allow the gem sorting feature of "BagMod" by Jon even though the Gems are stored in a different location?

This is actually really, really cool. Been working great with Power Pack, no issues what so ever. 5 stars.

nice

It's been compatible with all the inventory mods I've tried. Load it last to check—if there's a conflict it simply won't work.

Double Awesome. Will this work with other inventory mods? Looking at the Power Pack mod mainly, as I have been using that. It modifies the UI pretty heavily.
zParticle  [author] 30 May, 2013 @ 8:00pm
This actually doesn't modify the items at all, just the inventory slots. The "Socketables" itemclass normally appears on Equipment and I simply moved that to Consumables. So it will work with all possible socketables now and in the future.
Ungodlyone 30 May, 2013 @ 7:41pm
Does this modify just the gems in the game? Will unique sockatables, or other modded gems appear in the Consumables tab, or just the one's in the vanilla game you changed?
