There seem to be two weapons: "TT-33" and "TT-33 Tokarev", each with different animations. "TT-33" aims a bit to the left and, when reloaded, always performs a full-chamber reload. "TT-33 Tokarev" aims just fine but is comically small in the hand and always performs an empty-chamber reload.

I can't explain it, I've tried fixing it but it works completely fine in single player and I don't know how to fix it.

Uninstall then reinstall the pack. Subsrcribe to all admins.
