@wan1one - You could try using the Adaptive Prop Visibility Distance mod, but honestly I'm getting similar issues. It's probably a LOD issue with the asset, but I'm no expert and would even have trouble explaining what that even means. Try messaging the asset creator and see if they can update with a better LOD.

question though. any suggestions for toning down the brightness of the sand? its almost a blinding white if i have a screen full of beach
