bionics shouldn't expire considering they're inorganic, as well as self repairing

Sorry, but I will most probably not be updating this mod (or at least not soon) as I am not using it myself (I am using Harvest organs post mortem).

It would be great if you could restrict which parts you want, e.g. only bionics, organs (heart, ...)

Used the mod for 3 days, no issues with body parts or implants.
One thing I'd like to see corrected: the job description seems too vague; 'to obtain various stuff' could be changed 'to obtain organs or implants'.

I see that Harvest organs post mortem mod is far superior to my mod, so I am not sure whether I will continue working on this one.

Here's another fun fact. Apparently you can perform "autopsy" even on dessicated corpses. ( ^ - ^; )

Harvest Organs has an % chans to get the parts from dead ppl, but here you can outright pick the parts you want.

Actually it is like this because of the way it is implemented... now the Autopsy table is an "extension" of the vanilla butcher table so it works exactly like the butcher table but has additional chance to spawn organs as well.
But I like your idea, so I will for a way to make this configurable for example.

Really liked the idea, but there's one thing I'm not okay with. To remove organs and bionics is one thing, but why a coroner would also butcher the corpse, therefore giving the whole colony a negative thought (we butchered humanlike)?

For now HugsLib testing branch for 1.0 is required, until HugsLib is officially released for B19.
