Not possible unless the map is included in a custom server playlist, or the official screaming steel playlist included in the mod

bot support is already included. make sure you are typing "mp_theater_override ScreamingSteel" in console when you start the game and launching it with practice->city_walls->invasion

Have you tried contacting the Screaming Steel developers to have them add this map into their mod? This map will die on its own? This game has so many cool maps that are never played. Thanks.

You have to put it in before you load up the map. the "ScreamingSteel" part is case sensitive and won't autocomplete, and and console wont respond with anything right away.

Because this is a community map, it isnt included in the Screaming Steel playlist, meaning the game does not know it needs to run it as a Screaming Steel map. You need to type mp_theater_override ScreamingSteel in the console when you start the game.

this makes it unable to play because without the ability to be Canadian, British, Stosstruppen, etc. we can't even spawn :(

I hope you keep updating it, it seems and runs like a really good idea, though it may use some polishing and various tweaks to enchance the map

I only had the blockout of the map to start with. Over the last 2 years I tried to make versions of the map for DOI but never made any progress. I've only spent 2-3 weeks actively working on this one.

The general setting of the entirety of the map, as well as layout seems very nostalgic to me. I haven't played the actual map in action, just on some GMOD server as well in SP, but still. Playing this is like playing Foy in DOI and remembering COD UO.
Either way, I tried the map for real now (instead of running it through spectator), it ran real nicely and overall, the lineral layout seemed very fun to me. Can't wait to see thins in MP action!

PS: Was it hard to make and how long did it took? I wish there were more of these coming, since one of the thingsthat SS trully needs is maps!

I played with 3rd Mar once or twice, but I don't think I ever played on that map. I used a lot of assets from Passchendaele so it would make sense if they are similar. The map was build off of a .vmf I've been sitting on since 2016.

This reminds me of Passchendaele 2.0 by 3rd Mar from WW1 Source. Very similiar. Perhaps it was your inspiration?

Hey matey, this map looks very cool :)
Also about the nav mesh, it's something very easy to achieve :
- sv_cheats 1
- nav_edit 1
- nav_mark_walkable (place some points in your map)
- nav_generate_incremental
Not more than 5 minutes.
