be aware than as of the date of this comment the mod is not spawning any ships to me no matter what i do about it.

Not trying to put any pressure on the dev as I'm aware modding is a difficult task. My only question is has this mod been abandoned or is there going to be an update? This is one of my favorite mods of all time and I'd hate to see it die.

Yikes, comments like that aren't going to make him work on any mods! lol

That said, the current stellaris is pretty good. We didn't get our usual hot mess release and wait a week for the patch. We never saw 3.0 and got 3.01 which is a pretty stable point already. I hope the next dlc comes out just as polished.

Personally I find the flagship bug hilarious. Broken, but funny. I don't expect a fix to it, and I think I'll just ride it out for now.

DrBLOOD has retired from modding sadly, so this mod will never be updated unless another creator does it. Hopefully someone with modding skills can update this to the current version of Stellaris.

The mod still works but it's pretty broken. I have literally 30 flagships from the military faction lmao.

Author was hesitant to update it way before and I think he might've not liked the idea. Biggest problem with it right now is with NTSC 2 it spawns flagships instead of corvettes, and none of the AI use it.

The Mod seems to be abandoned. However, i cannot say that with certainty, i guess we have to wait to see if this situation changes if at all it changes.

Mine were just consisting of one ship which was a Flagship. Little to no variety and naturally, not too helpful past a certain point.

last time i tried it it kind of worked for me, except the fleets were sporting titans in the first 50 years for some reason.

You sure this mod is working? In 2.7.2 I'm not seeing corvettes spawn after 10+ years in-game after getting the research.

This mod indeed works, but without the ability to turn it off for the AI, which kinda defeats its main purpose, which is, and I quote: "That mod is especially for people who prefers to play as "turtle" without being dominated by the other AI empires building fleets very quickly." The added high resource requirement was bad enough as it is (attempt at balancing a newbie mod? really?), but at this state it makes the AI much more dangerous to newbie turtlers, and on top of that, needlessly brings many more moving pieces to an already busy game, making everything that much slower. It's irrelevant now. That said, not using it kinda made me git gud, which is a silver lining, I guess.

for experiment i left a game running while i slept with defend territory policy with a bunch of ai empires and i woke up nearly 200 years had passed and the same fleets that initially spawned were still flying around, most of the admirals had even died of old age despite species being venerable just a few really old ones were still alive. If the faction is despawning it's not random there's some cause...

@ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ ⓉⓄⒶⓈⓉⓎ i have not seen that, no. When does it happen for you? Are you sure you're not just running too low on alloys or energy to keep the investment going? That shouldn't cause the fleets to despawn, though. If i knew more about it I might be able to fix it...
