Sad news: My hard drive crashed and I lost the original files. I could download the file, modify, and repost. However, I am unsure what effect that would have on existing save games. I don't want anyone to lose gear or have corrupted files. So, going forward, this mod will not have updates. Thankfully, everyone seems pleased with the current version. Thank you for your support!
Im curious because you said it was an imperial fort and that the guards might be wearing imperial armor
Only saying cos I HATE imperials
Thanks again for this mod and good luck with future endevors, be they with this mod or something new. I'll be following you! (OK, that didn't sound right, LOL! Very stalker-esque! Sorry this is all scrambled up. Too much to say... too much love for this mod! Start at tge bottom and work your way up~
(!!!SPOILER!!!)
If you pickpocket the guards arrows durring their naps, you can level pickpocketing from 1 to 100 in 1 succesful pick. This makes you instantly rich because steel arrows sell at 1g ea, and each guard carries 16000, 4000 of which are marked as stolen (theres like 8+ guards between all the shifts). Also, Your character levels almost 12 whole levels because of this, making the game instantly harder.
For me, it did not break the game, more like accelerated it. I was able to get skill training for things I actually needed (restoration*cough) and freaking soul gems.
Also, Wintergreen will not pay you for those arrows, you have to sell them to someone else.
Also it would be wonderful it there was a quest in which the fort is attacked from many sides and you have to defend it from many angles. (specially attacked by vampires) Oh yes and if I could dictate the guard's equipment would be just perfect for roleplaying
Wintergreen is not acting like a merchant, his gold amount does not change....
there are several places near buildings where a player can become trapped by physical barriers
i like your created weapons, good to see in a mod...
suggestions.... fill your pond / fountain with fish.... (ingredient types)
choose what type of getup for your guards.... you have alot of imperial themes and backstory...
so go with a imperial heavy armor and modify it.... increase its defense by making it out of quicksilver and steel... with a colored throw cape over the shoulder with a symbol.... (either of wolfcreek or legion seal...)
