It fails if the missing team is killed in action. Do you have players in both rescue and missing team?

It is multiplayer co-operative mission. It does not work (nor show) in single player scenarios

I played this missions so many times, as the ground team, the CAS helicopter pilot and the transport bird, and every single attempt at it was thrilling. The replayability of this mission is extremely high, and it never fails to increase the player's blood pressure. Armagasm dynamic generator in its best. Kudos to the author.
