Yeah I think it's kinda broken as comments say. 1 ap trap is doing over 2k damage with any fire skill for some reason.

Neat thing I discovered. If you have the crafting kit giftbag mod you can combine a flameblade with some oil at a campfire/oven/cooking station to add more fire damage to it as well as burn chance.

Love the mod, love the dev, so many cool ideas and fresh ways to play the game. One note, it replaces "Corpse Explosion" with "Condemning Explosion" which is the same except there's some provisions for stacks of scorch. Eithne the Trader, however, does not seem to believe in the effectiveness of the spell despite it having "blows corpses up good" in the description; the upshot is the quest isn't doable. Not a big quest, but there you go.

Also, if you're using a mod, such as Divinity Unleashed, which makes Intelligence otherwise a good attribute, having Intelligence-based melee weapons outside staves shatters any semblance of balance for such characters, not to mention the fact these weapons having custom abilities tied to them, while arguably necessary in vanilla for Int-based melee builds, takes these even further over the top.

Is there any way to make none of the custom weapon types from your mods exist but keep everything else? It's incredibly annoying to find an ideal Divine dagger but have it be Intelligence-based, and it feels like at least 7 in 10 weapons are now Intelligence-based.

How can I get the flaming visuals in den weapons? In my game the swords only habe the standart light red shine. the swords are not really burning like in the pictures.

@Royale With Cheese You probably need to manually copy the the updated file like so:
There is currently a bug affecting some Divinity 2 DE players whereby their mods are being downloaded into \SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\43510. Move these .pak files into \Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\Mods\ to fix the issue!

I think the update broke Roaring Strike for the flameblade. It was fine yesterday with the same mod setup. Tested on current and new playthrough, crashes on use.

Love to see updates again though. <3

In your PYROKINETIC SKILL CHANGES it says that ignition is reduced from 2 turns to 1 turn and it is still at 2 turns

Edit to my previous comment: I think it's a conflict with DU. Pretty sure DU overrides Condemning Explosion and just turns it into the regular Corpse Explosion.

A bit confused, the Condemning Explosion skill on the google spreadsheet is completely different from the skill in-game. Was the game version updated but the google spreadsheet wasn't or vice versa? Or is the in-game description just wrong?

Might be an odd question but why not have an all in one overhaul? overhaul all the base classes in one mod and have a petpower compat in one mod?

not sure how easy it'd be but having them all separate while yes makes it easier to update feels like it could of been done when updates finished?

As many people have already stated, I wanted to bring attention to Fire Trap. This skill does 10x (or more) the damage it is supposed to do. Very game-breaking. A fix or removal of the skill would be great. It ruined my act 2 a bit until I took it out of my kit.

Well Cubic, it would be kind of unbalanced and broken if you were to the definition, IMMUNE to fire, though the game balances out immunities with other weaknesses and tricks to take down enemies.

Troll for instance. Totally immune ot physical damage, until you light him on fire.

Hey there! The Skill Description of the reworked "Searing Volley" is sadly still called "Searing Daggers" instead. I mean this is no functional problem, but i hate it XD
