What mods could possibly conflict with this one? (i.e. in terms of scripts or such)
I headed to the local file where steam puts workshop mods (c:\users\<username>\documents\Larian Studios\) Theres a folder for in there for both the Definitive edition, and classic edition and each has a 'Mods' subfolder. I found the UnleveledSkillbooks .pak file in the classic mods folder, and just copy-pasted it into the DE mods folder.
Jumped into a game and it SEEMS to have fixed the issue so far, vendors in fort joy have the extra skills (except for aero for some reason, might just be because its an existing save)

Congrats & Thanks for your awesome mods!
Just wanted to confirm if this is functional in the Definitive Edition. It seems the comments below are conflicting on whether it works or not.
Helps a bunch having the interesting skills first then toying around once money start flowing.
