Is this compatible with Odinblades Overhauls?

Doesn't seem to be working; followed the load order guide, checked it's in the right folder, and made a new save.
What mods could possibly conflict with this one? (i.e. in terms of scripts or such)

Use the mod manager, one click copies to the right folder.

Yeah this is saving into classic's mods for some reason. I wasnt seeing this in the mod list for me either until I had to manually move it.

Does this mod also apply to modded skillbooks?

Oh wow it helped. Thank you so much @Chopkins ^^

Just wanted to chime in for anyone who had the same issue as Just1Time3, like I did. The mod wasnt showing up in DE, but for whatever reason was in the mod list when i launched classic mode. Quick fix for anyone who has this problem:

I headed to the local file where steam puts workshop mods (c:\users\<username>\documents\Larian Studios\) Theres a folder for in there for both the Definitive edition, and classic edition and each has a 'Mods' subfolder. I found the UnleveledSkillbooks .pak file in the classic mods folder, and just copy-pasted it into the DE mods folder.

Jumped into a game and it SEEMS to have fixed the issue so far, vendors in fort joy have the extra skills (except for aero for some reason, might just be because its an existing save)

It was made for DE, not sure what was up with Just1Time3. I never even made this mod for classic.

Hello!
Just wanted to confirm if this is functional in the Definitive Edition. It seems the comments below are conflicting on whether it works or not.

If they are tagged with standard skillbook categories, then yes. Not sure how many mods do that.

May I inquire if modded skillbooks (including those only available by crafting) can potentially drop or appear in traders' inventories?
Just1Time3 5 Sep, 2018 @ 4:42am
For me the mod shows only in the Normal Edition not in the Definitive...

thanks. Works fine, in contrary to the person bellow.

Helps a bunch having the interesting skills first then toying around once money start flowing.

The Version is not Definitve Edition
