Panzervcv: It could be mine and your games causing it. I had friends try the map and they didn't have a problem with it. I validated my game and it still does it. At some point I will completely reinstall the game to see if that helps.

Not going as easily as I had hoped Panzervcv. I asked about how to recover the map in the steam discussions, in forums dedicated to mudrunner, and to friends knowledgable of map files. When I get an answer....

Ok Panzervcv I'm going to try to fix the map now. Two problems. I deleted and reinstalled the editor some time back because it had gotten up to 50gb in size from all my maps. The map designation still exists in the editor but without the guts of it. I think I can download the map from an alternative site and place the files in the map folder. If that works my editor is set up presently to make all maps snow maps, it will very likely turn it into a snowy swamp. That might be cool looking...

I tried the map and had the same problem 4-5 times in a row Panzervcv. This is my first released map, I tried one a bit newer to see if I had the same problem and didn't.
Have to leave for work shortly, will be 8+ hours til I can figure it out...

The game freezes once you drive around the very first turn. Please Fix!

I'm trying to release another map I made since releasing this one. Right as I was finishing and testing it my mesh cache started saying it was invalid or corrupt (yesterday); once I fix it I'll release the map....

I was just being a sarcastic old bastard. The map makes me think of 'the rime of the ancient mariner'. See, I can resist. Have a great weekend whatever you are doing.

darrenoliver67 I assume you're referring to the ship being there. Maybe a storm pushed it into the swamp and it was too much trouble to retrieve it...

No idea why it would crash with you cleman. It is a very small and basic map with nothing out of the ordinary in it.

Great work, but CRASH all the time, I tried five times, let me play only one minute, I give up.
