So rad! I have explored this building and the theater next door. (Capitol Theater, New london * abandoned*) would love to see a capitol theater to accompany it! and/or more from CT! Cheers :-)

It'll be released with the next new Windsor episode by Press. The neon sign is quite hard to adjust, since it's both textured on the main model and the additive mesh.

I am a huge fan of your assets of which I use for my Rochester NY re-creation

11 question: Where is the Providence Theater... will that be released later and can you make the neon sign be a genertic theater name so it can fit in other cities? :)
